That Gerber isn't too bad. Not my style but it doesn't belong in the same category as most tacticool shit. Just about anything that has large pointless tangents on the handle or knife are fail. Like that Mantis, what is their purpose of that on top of the blade?

The MGS series is amazing. Makes me want to watch Escape From New York again. You know Hideo Kojima was influenced heavily by Clint Eastwood's nameless gunslinger and Kurt Russelll as Snake Plisskin. In MGS2, he even uses Iroquois (meaning snake) Pliskin. The eyepatch in Snake Eater was also a nice touch. BTW... Does anyone know where to get a cigarette snuffer / re-fry storage case from MGS4?

There's a whole category of knives that look like that, the skinny neck just doesn't work for me.

Combo edge in this case is ridiculously useless.

im assuming its supposed to be a push knife. single edge, 3 whole serrations and clip point (if you can call it that). i dont know. useless. seems like another knife that trys to to alot without doing one thing well. and its also $134.......really? who would buy this
