Anybody do business with them? If so, how reliable are they? Is shipping quick? Also, can you use paypal? You know, I just want the general feedback from the people I trust. Thanks, guys! :D

P.s. I'm thinking of ordering one of those shemagh's. Not sure what I'll do with it, but I'm really jealous everytime J. Williams shows his. :p

Touchy subject. Some swear by them, many have had different experiences, myself included. I don't order from them anymore, but that's just me.

:p

I have had luck with em. Not the fastest to ship, and the prices on some stuff is high, but there are some good deals on some stuff I dont see other places. Definately a cool place though.

Only had the one dealing with them,no complaints, fast shipping, great communication and excellent prices from their specials bin.:)

I've purchased several items from them on various occasions. Their customer service is great. Clothing is bar none. Prices may be a little steep (I usually wait for a discount sale to buy anything), but their brand is all made in the USA.

just my .02:D

I've made one order from them that was problem-free. On another occasion I both called and emailed with a question, and didn't even get a reply. I bought elsewhere.

I have never dealt with TAD, but they had a rep that posted over on CPF that gave everyone a bad taste for them. I have seen some posts over on CK&G where they had poor customer service as well. I think they are one of those sites where as long as you have no issues, you are golden, but if you have a problem with your order, then you might not like them very much in the future.

They have at least one employee, not an owner I hope, with a pile of attitude so I never visited the store a second time. Too bad since I'm a 15 minute or less drive away.....

There are numerous posts in other forums with CS horror stories, seems there's a big chip on some shoulders and a "holier than though" attitude toward mere customers. That was my personal experience as well.

No experience with TAD but I got a shemgah from CheaperThanDirt.com for a good price a while back.

My first order was so late in getting processed I canceled it.
However, my second was processed and arrived within a week, go figure.
Most of their products are expensive but I think you get what you pay for here. The real questions is: Do you need it? :D

I use them regularly. Yes some of their stuff is expensive but the quality is there and I believe in "you get what you pay for". Shipping, at least for international orders, can be very slow but part of that is because I elect to use USPS instead of UPS as there's a significant difference in price and almost no difference in service. Most of the delay comes from the fact that they only send out via USPS once a week at most.

Customer service can be hit and miss in terms of responsiveness. I've had a couple of problems with items being left out or the wrong item sent but they've fixed it every time and in most cases have gone above and beyond eg shipping the correct item at their own expense and letting me keep the wrong item also (and we're not talking about things worth a couple of bucks here).

Are they perfect? No, but who is? I'll continue using them.

Oh and I've never used it but I think they do accept Paypal but it does cause delays from what I've heard.

I don't like the way items are almost always out of stock. That said, the times I have ordered from them (twice) I had zero problems.

Their own brand line of gear looks awesome. Wish I could afford it!

Moved to FEEDBACK. Why would you ask about a dealer in W&SS? Please choose the right forum more carefully.
