Looks like my 2nd order shipped.

Looks great Charlie Mike.
The blade shape is much more aesthetically pleasing than your original drawing.

Got me to thinking now...dammit.

Glad you like.

(I been waiting for a knife that would "go" with that tritium vial)

After playing with the Tatanka for a few days the ti mil that I carry feels like a light weight handy little knife that is just big enough for a full grip. I thought "wow this is smaller than I remember".

I just ordered the Tatanka from Knifeworks. I have absolutely no use for a huge folder but I figured why not. This thing is awesome and doesn't need justification.

I keep going back and forth on this one. A giant folder really woos me but I made a half hearted promise to myself to refrain from any purchases for a while. New year would be a worthy goal.
Let us know, Wharn, what you think of the monster when you get it.

I'm pretty sure it's as strong as the CS TriAd lock.

Seeing this thing next to the Para2 really puts the size into perspective.

...and so C-M remains my favorite lunatic. If I could not have him with me when I go down these mean streets, I would have a knife bearing his imprimatur.

Keep it sleezy! :D

CM, that's beautiful work on the wave mods. That big recurve is a whole other knife!

For most waved knives, I would say it's for fun, but Tatanka is so big and relatively heavy, the wave and cutting down the mass of the blade probably improves the usefulness a lot.

I'm keeping mine massive! :D

Surprising me, Tatanka is remarkably smooth, opening and closing, right out of the box. Nice balance gripping the swell of the handle, but also with index finger in the choil and thumb outstretched over the opening hole and hump.

What am I going to do with this beast !?!

Thanks Esav!

I just sold my original Tatanka. I ordered another to do just like the #2 mod. I really was amazed at my work.

^I bought Matt's 1st wave modded Tatanka. His work is just getting better. I'm excited to compare this knife to my CM wave modded Szabo I bought from him last year.

I have not been able to find this blade with partial serrations. Does anyone know if that will be an option in the future?
