I would like to see a zombie skin inlay complete with hair and an aged tattoo of an anchor with the word mom.
Now THAT is something to think about! Something faded and blue like an old sailor's tat. It would probably freak someone out. :p
I want mine to have the umbilical cord from Lori's guts as a leg tie!
Could use some sausage casing and twist it up, talk about freaking someone out!
I may be getting some large beaver tails soon if you could do something with that.
Beaver tail is wonderful to work with, I have a couple of small ones, I love the look of it.

Feezle, you were the inspiration for most of this, and a thread a while back sparked most of the rest. :D

Ah ok, sounded like you were talking about something different. I'll start working on gathering some inspiring shots tomorrow.

Thank You Feezle for posting that thread. It is the reason I have my TGLB and Armorall sheath. I am really loving it.

Great looking beaver you have there!

Now....what is that knife?!

Thank you! And its a Bubbasan Forge damascus skeletonized edc. Not sure if I have a pic of just the knife or not, I'll check....

I've got a lot of reasons to thank Feezle for. :D One in particular is getting that sheath to "Daryl"

Toad skin.... nice. Even better if it's from those pesky cane toads  and if it had a toad head on the sheath I'd be an extremely happy boy

How about alligator, dyed black, for a bigger model? :)

I haven't thought about exotic leathers for my blades before now, but I have a few that are nice/expensive/special enough to spend the extra dough...

What constitutes zombie leather? Is it just something different or are there rules?

Oh no, there are no limitations on what leather you want on your sheath in general. I am looking into cane toad because the skin in natural has a disturbingly familiar look to it, think warty/nasty dead skin. :p

I have access to all sorts of gator and croc skin, and lots of remnants in such. I have lots and lots of snake, and lizard. Also have a few leathers with wrinkles, scars, and brands that have a nice effect on a sheath with some meaning.

I can also carve and imprint a lot of nice patterns and such. I'm not limited by a lot. :)

I love the idea to use a pest to good use.
I'm glad I have a TG because I definitely want one of these:cool:

Hi Dwayne it's always cool to see a maker come out with something special. Bring it and I'm excited to see what you and your crew are stirring up.

That stuff is wicked looking! Dont know how much it costs but it would be downright nifty!

Thank you my friend, it was a loooooong year and I want to start this one off running and not look back at the zombies chasing me. :p My family is my crew and we've been dreaming up all kind of ideas. :)

Still contacting suppliers and getting the screen caps, the work never ends, but the result will be epic. :)

Oh! Happy Belated Birthday to Norman (Daryl)!!!!!!! :D :D :D
