We didn’t have much of a winter here this year, so it’s time to get this going for the year.

My pineapples lived the winter in my barn and just came outside yesterday.

ok, ok ... pineapples and peaches !

I have a big bag of potting soil with great potential here at the cabin ... 😁 ... and will say how delightful the March sunshine feels while Daisy and I are out hunting snowmobiles on the lake. Finally, she caught three this winter - once she figured out that, although she can't catch them, they will stop if she stands in their path!

Some nice looking 'tilth' there LEGION 12 ... what's in the mix if I may ask?

I've been watching the use of galvanized raised beds for a while ... looking forward to following this one

I just dug a trench in the old bed to fit the new one , it's just the raised bed soil that's always been there . Just have to dig out for one more galvanized bed and add a little compost .

Not sure how I'm going to do much yard stuff this year. Moved to Germany with the job and will be renting a duplex. We will see.

But it's time for stuff to bloom here. Lots of tulips up now, and most of the fruit trees are done.

From across many miles ... Beautiful colours👍🏻 ... Still very cold, wet, grey and grim here (central Ontario) but daffodils, crocuses have been bright spots. Hope you are enjoying new location with work.
