I still haven’t seen 81’s this year and I believe we were promised 81’s if I am not mistaken maybe we’ll get 81 Abilene stockmans as a forum knife before they release all the retail knives

Can you post pics of some examples of 3-blade jack knives? I'm having a hard time envisioning anything other than a stockman, a jack with three blades sharing one pivot on the same end, or some kind of congress looking thing.

GEC have made several 3-bladed jacks. The first was the #73 called The Hunter's Trapper. There was also a #56 with three on the same end called The Weaver Jack.

I tried to come up with another snarky post with little-to-no informative value. I failed, but as a consolation prize take this: I hope it's NOT a stockman cofiguration! . A Splitback Whittler on stockman (81) frame is a vastly superior knife. Bill does seem to be going through the Winchester BB line, so I may get what I want... The only thing we can really be sure of is that nobody who makes decision will pay attention to what we post on this thread! . Thankfully.
