I can't make that specific dagger again, the owner bought it as a one-off, but it wasn't my first and it won't be my last integral dagger. I'm just not making a copy of that one.

Nathan, would you consider doing a Fun Friday Sale (FFS) for the EDC? The random numberizer that you used before makes it fair for everyone who has interest. Plus your FFS knives are just WOW! Seriously not a huge knife guy (compared to some) but the sexiest knife I’ve ever seen was from a FFS. It was a hollow ground DEK1 with some nasty moldy looking Osage orange scales. Tried twice to buy it from the original buyer and he ain’t selling, neither would I. It is stunning. Anyway now I’m starting to ramble on.

I think as a whole we all enjoy the FFS and it’s been awhile.

You just need to make an obscene offer, then when he refuses, you double it and you’ll end up with the knife. He’s a reasonable fella. I’m telling ya’ I know shit. If you don’t end up with the knife after that, it is because the first offer was not obscene enough. Works every time, almost every time.
 
^ I had offered a Boot Dagger in trade. Never occurred to me offer him two. Don’t have a BD anymore, its an amazing knife but just didn’t quit do it for me. Someone wanted it more than me and offered a fair price.

Maybe i should offer to trade one of my K18s….

Something like that woulda probably gotten both my K18 and my BD to be honest.
 
^ I think that you and the OP (gunslinger) are talking about two different CPKs. If you are referring to that one off 14" (BL) Dagger, I know the owner and we have talked about it a few times. I very much doubt if he'd even part with it for say 10K because (a) it's truly a one off piece from Nathan, much like Jo's Queen Dagger (b) he doesn't need the $ and (c) the day he'd let go of that piece, he may as well just sell off the rest of his CPKs (hopefully to me but Marc's a much dirtier bastid!).
