I might be jumping the gun here but I didn't notice in the Shiv pre-order thread any "custom" options like we have seen in previous pre-order threads. Will there be a menu of stuff to pick from or will it be pretty stripped down due to the already complex and expensive nature of the knife?

(I'd like to add an entry to the encyclopedia, but wanted to get it right the first time...)

I was not familiar with the word shiv before, never knew that it is related to knife/weapon.

I thought Shiv is short of Shiva, god of destruction, which is what the shiv is all about, weapon of destruction.
