Nathan, I saw at least one DEK that was sold at Blade Show. Is there a chance we see them for sale this year or is the answer still no?
I think there was mention of the weekend of October 17th.Hey Nate Dawg @Nathan the Machinist and Ninjo @Jo the Machinist, I know it’s early but has a date been set for yet for the greatest Shindig in 2026 ? A couple of your fans from Washington State hope to attend the CPK Get Together this year.![]()

Nathan, have you ever made an axe head out of D3v? One would think it would be an excellent use case for this material.
That's sort of what I was thinking too. Good to know, thanks! It really would be. However the raw material cost alone, before I did anything to it, would exceed the cost of a pretty nice axe.
Does that mean the axe project is DOA and I should just go ahead and preorder a wood bullet? It really would be. However the raw material cost alone, before I did anything to it, would exceed the cost of a pretty nice axe.
I’d buy one. Hopefully it could have an Osage handle!Does that mean the axe project is DOA and I should just go ahead and preorder a wood bullet?
