Don't think so.

I just make it simple. Price always includes shipping and fees paid by me on my end. Saves any guesswork on the part of the buyer.

I just got that info from PayPal themselves. It appears to be more if its international.

If there is a currency exchange involved (international transaction) it's 3.9% + $0.30.

First off, my name isn't "Dude".

Secondly, not everyone does it.

Third, requiring F&F or payment of YOUR owed fees by the seller is specifically not allowed by PayPal.

Fourth, doing what you're doing is theft.

You're already on shaky ground due to the way you mishandled the trade in question, you should stop compounding your mistakes and use this opportunity to stop being what you're showing yourself to be.

As mentioned, many sellers just work the fee into the cost of the item. Nothing in this world is truly free, and quite honestly 3% isn't that much to request for providing protection and the transaction service to begin with.
