  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

The Basic 5" Field Knife - Thoughts and Impressions

I’m sure the answer is here somewhere but I can’t find it. Of course my day of touring distillery’s on the bourbon trail may be some of it. My question is has anyone used their magnacut for batonning firewood? I use my 3V FK2 but not sure how MC would preform. I would hate to have a failure. I use a piece of wood to hit with not a hammer like Nathan does.

It'll be fine

A abraves Used mine to split some type of wood almost every time I go to the farm. No damage at all. Of course I’ve batonned with almost all my knives, even a lot of folders, and that is a lot of different type of steel. I’ve yet to break something. I ain’t no Joex though🤷‍♂️

Don’t baton those wood logs with railroad spikes in them though….
