I"m trying to decide between to custom high end knives, the Auto Sebenza vs. the Auto Strider SnG. Which one is best for hiding in my safe and never using it? I plan to fantasize about self defense, but mostly I'll imagine spreading peanut butter with it.
 
The sebenza has flat titanium which is obviously stronger than G-10 which might buckle under the heavy loads of dust. The G-10 does have better grip for those fantasies.

Either one should work fine!
 
what blade shape is best for slicing an apple on a quaint little picnic while sitting under a shady oak tree? (and, YES, I am too mamby-pamby to bite my apple...) :confused:
is WD-40 too "yucky" to use on a knife for food prep duty?
 
Which knife is THE MOST BOMB PROOF? Definitely not a g-10 was as mentioned a few posts up.

Wow, I've never even THOUGHT about this, let alone ask people about it, but it really seems to be a hot question in the world of cutlery. Maybe I'm not as cutting edge as I used to think. Hmmmmmm....This may have been asked before, but.........

Hey, I asked a question on this forum and all I got was a buncha smart answers. What's with some of you?

I'm just trying to find a good knife with no bladeplay, something the maker will warrant forever, regardless of how I abuse it. Why is that so hard to answer?

Did I mention it needs to be under $30? I don't like that black plastic stuff, do you know of one that has a real handle? I may need to jamb it in a crack climbing down a damaged building, like those rock climber stakes.

It still shouldn't wiggle after that, tho, or it's a piece of junk. Liner locks can do that, right?
