Oh and anyone who says "smatchet" should be banned...

Does anyone here know of a website where there are knowledgeable members who can answer any knife related questions that I may have?

Hey, I asked a question on this forum and all I got was a buncha smart answers. What's with some of you?

I'm just trying to find a good knife with no bladeplay, something the maker will warrant forever, regardless of how I abuse it. Why is that so hard to answer?

Did I mention it needs to be under $30? I don't like that black plastic stuff, do you know of one that has a real handle? I may need to jamb it in a crack climbing down a damaged building, like those rock climber stakes.

It still shouldn't wiggle after that, tho, or it's a piece of junk. Liner locks can do that, right?

Duh! What can those knives do that my Rost-Frei one cant? I got it at the liquor store for only 7.99

dummies!

I am going to join/find a forum where not everyone is 45+ and drunk!

My side hurts currently*

OMG !!! y'all....the cops arrested a 10 year old girl and threw her in jail for using a steak tool in her school cafeteria... now my queshtun.... is a serrated edge the best for cutting meatsteak? I need a reply quick, I'm taking cold porkchops to lunch tomorrow.

I asked this on another forum, but didn't get the answer I wanted, so I'll go ahead and ask it here...
Are there any folding knives that will never develop bladeplay? I'm looking for a three inch locking knife that will remain absolutely wiggle free forever as a daily user.

Oh and it may have to be used for SD or getting out of a car trapped underwater.

I don't want to hijack the thread, but I want to know the answer to this too.

Sorry if this question's been asked before. I'd like to understand the best method for getting my car underwater, so I can verify that I can get out of it with my folder. It's got a 3" blade, and while I don't have much experience with it, I'm quite confident that, even as an EDC, it won't develop any blade play . . . ever.

In case there's someone with hostile intentions with me in my submerged car, I may need to use my knife to defend myself before I escape.

OooooH! I need a 30 dollar folder that will NOT rust when submerged and could cut through the door skin of my 2000 Dodge ( if it were submerged and I had to extricate myself)

I would need to get my Hannah Montana cd's out first*

yAAAAAy! my mama made me some spyderman pajamas :) they have a really cute little spyders embroidered all over them... hehe.. and she even stitched "tool" in the front over my dingdong... LOLOLOL and "weapon" on the but flap. hehe

Search is your friend.

Unless you are a registered user; then think of it as a ex-girlfriend who is dating your ex-best friend.

Where can I find that knife that that guy had in that movie with that girl and that thing in that place that that other guy was at. You know what I mean?

Yes I do know; you can get it at the websight; or look for it on the exchange.

I keep wanting to buy a membership but I forget my credit card's never in my wallet. If I send cash, can I get on as a member when I get back from the mail box? I need to look up some knives I got from my Dad and sell them on the internet as mint.

It should work out ok as I have friends to bid up the price. Some of these are left over from the Customs seizure and look really good - they've got all the markings and even papers in the boxes.

It's for a good cause to raise his bail money so he can get out for the holidays. He didn't know about the three guys stowing aboard the conex, we just thought we were getting knives from the original makers overseas, even if they didn't come through the front office. They're just as good, and nobody's getting hurt or anything, we're just making a little more on them and getting shipped direct.

Anyway, will my membership be turned on when I mail the cash? We worked really hard at finding good paper and setting up the cutter to get the precise dimensions. I'd like a fast answer as I can still ship before the holidays.

You were ok until you mentioned the Hannah Montana cd......now I would just recommend a gun to shoot yourself.

OOOH! I know a guy who once had a knife that shot out the blade like a gun. His brother told him he had seen it at a friend's house so i know it's true.

Can any of you guys help me to find out more information on someone who can make me one or show me how to make one myself?

Well, they're illegal where I live, so they must be illegal everywhere else also...

Well, if that is the case what about this:

a sword that is made of the best steel ever, folds in half and locks up so as to be whole. Opens like an auto and can be concealed on my long walks to school or the mall.

Obviously an 16" S30V assisted opening titanium framelock. Flea market junk.

What would do just as well is a SAK or Mora .

What folder would you recommend for puncturing tires. I'm looking for something with a strong lock, is easily concealable, and reasonable in cost (in case it needs to be abandoned.

One of those screwdrivers with ten different shafts that slide into the handle. Harbor Freight.

I personally vouch for the #1 Reed and Prince. A flat can be a great way to strike up a conversation here at the Assisted Living Center. Certainly evens out the playing field.
