Much coveted up my way. Like Waynorth's CutleryLean!! Low in Fat!!!![]()
Nice to hear from you, Neal!!!Another great offering and collaboration involving two of our favorite names!!!
It's curve-a-licious.![]()
I was looking at some stan Shaw knives using this handle pattern but it doesn't say what name he applies to it,I have seen a 2 and 3 blade but none that compares to the 88 which is why maybe it's a ppp.Despite a few leaks, most haven't seen my new SFO!!!View attachment 3009853
I like the curve of the "Belly" knives, but thought this single-blade deserved a new name, hence the Bison!!
I love how the shape provides great grip, and protects the blade, tip and tang, from being exposed in the pocket, where it sits quite nicely!!
GEC is sending them out very soon, so please contact your favorite dealer(s) soon. I don't have prices yet but will have them very soon. Please don't contact me, as I am only supplying Canadians. You all know by now who is going to have them!! I hope you like them!!!
That’s gorgeous, Charlie.Stan Shaw did make a "Sowbelly" for Ibberson in 1974!!View attachment 3014366View attachment 3014367View attachment 3014368View attachment 3014369View attachment 3014370This one was pretty high-end, with pre-ban handles, and Stan's signature filework!!
Thanks Coleman!!That’s gorgeous, Charlie.
I'm hoping so!! No word yet!!!These should be getting to dealers this week or next…right?

I do not recall seeing this knife before, but maybe it planted a seed several years ago (almost 10 years!!)You’re very welcome Charlie! Can’t wait to see some comparison photos. And all of this happening during a month to honor the late Mr. Bose.A bit of an aside . . . . . . .AusLoX sent me a picture of a Case he had, and asked me if it was the inspiration for the Bison Belly!!!??
I was shocked and amazed!!It looks like a knife that Tony Bose might have cooked up for one of his hardware store "events" back in 2015-2016!!!
It has his signature marked on the blade, and has the usual Case "TB"marking on it!! View attachment 3017256View attachment 3017252View attachment 3017253View attachment 3017254I do not recall seeing this knife before, but maybe it planted a seed several years ago (almost 10 years!!)
Austin felt my amazement I think, because he sent me the knife, complete with the box!! Thanks so much, Austin!!!![]()

Where are you located, Snodgrass!!?? Right now, the exchange rate is the killer!!These look absolutely wonderful and I hope to get a chance to handle one. A tariff free knife would be a nice change, tough times for us northern collectors.
