The BladeForums 2022 Traditional Knife Thread

Yah, I get that but, the build was last year, would have been cooler if it were this year, more factual.
and yep, doctors find things you never knew you had or needed fixed, funny like that...

The last of the Bunny Knife preorders are getting ready to head out the door today. After they have all been shipped, I'll be taking orders on the 3 dozen or so I have left and that'll be all she wrote.

I will probably open up the orders for them on this Friday, at 9am or so or whenever I meander to a PC. Again, make sure your Paypal address is CORRECT in your account and be ready to go; when these are gone that's it. Since this is no longer a preorder, it'll be open to anyone who has been a BladeForums member for at least 1 year and has 50 posts in the Traditional Forum.

Thanks for all your support!

Mine showed up as "Out for Delivery" this morning. We've got a busy day ahead so, I went to town to the Post Office and picked it up instead of waiting for it to be delivered at the mail box late this afternoon. Pretty nice knife. It's light for a 2-blade which makes for a frequent carry. #362 1962 is the year I graduated from high school. For you math nuts, that's a year more than it should have been but I liked the 9th grade so much I did it twice. 🤷‍♂️

Question - Does GEC now send their knives out in bubble wrap baggies? Just thought I'd ask.

I got my #39 Old Sheffield Jack after the Bunny Knife and it came with the typical wax paper. The recent run of #36 Toenail Clippers also came in bubble wrap. Not sure that there is any reason but I don't think the wax paper is going away - just might be a case by case thing.
