I heard that, as well... we saw a couple of guys that would probably pass as his "successors" when we went there about 15 years ago. A plump cheerful guy partying wearing a pink tutu and frilly socks.... I've got a pic somewhere of him and my daughter.... she's wearing a somewhat shocked expression... good times.

Next you'll tell me they closed down Hippie Hollow.....
