The Buck 100 Series Appreciation/Photo Thread

I love the 100 series knives as well; I could get along for the rest of my hunting days with a 118 (but I like 'em all!) OH

1992 I bought this at ROCHE BROS Cambridge MA its oxymoronic when I think about their location in the belly of the beast of liberalism.....LOL
I also bought my VANGUARD 192- U.S.A. there at the same time. #2 of my better purchases for knives for hunting......

My best field dressing knife for sure! only 2nd to my VANGUARD.

I may have to give this knife a SPRITZ and re-shoot the photos, but this is a working knife a TOOL.....sorry its not in the Collector realm of pristine condition.

OldHunter I was Just thinking after looking at the chopped up little birdies feet, how I could go for a good home cooked JAKE tail.....LOL Luckily no ones likes them in my house at Thanksgiving, no fighting over it, Its all for me......LOL

Old Hunter,

You would have trouble getting two feet from this hen. She was across the street last evening hobbling along with only one foot. The tom was about 75 yards ahead of her and not waiting.

LOL that looks like me! when my wife is out ahead of me at LOWES or HOME DEPOT heading towards the garden or kitchen & bathrooms redux area....

Iamfritz, I have seen this model until last night here, I thought they were like scuba knives for the Navy or something at first. Awesome! thanks for sharing.....

ItsTooEarly, yes those are FRESH! LOL very nice.....I just saw a set like that only STAG on line with the same sheath. nice peices!

DeSotoSky, Thank you! And a nice collection you have there as well. I can't take credit for the Magnet set up. A friend of mine made it and sold me the Case. I did try it with felt covering and the magnets weren't strong enough. Although I do like that idea of the round earth magnets, It may work if they're strong enough. :)

actaully I mispoke I believe it was set with the same sheath, only a 119 and 105 both Stag's.....I would have to go check my head has been spinning with 25 tabs open looking for that 100? that I had in the latge 70's.

The Set in Stag, me too! LOL and your welcome! you have nice collection for sure!

By the way I was right! it did include the #103 skiiner and not a 105. post "Vintage Buck 115 Sportsman Set Sambar Stag Buck 103 Buck 118"

I'm quite fond of several 100 series Bucks.

This 105 is one of my top favorites.

Then again, the 119 & 120's are very much to my liking as well.
