That is the thickness of the kydex I use for most sheaths.

Wow that is a nice thin slicer of a blade.
 
20 years is a long two weeks. I am very interested in this. Its not in INFI which is surprising but makes sense given the application.
 
AEB-L is a tough stainless steel. With Busse HT it should be better than average.

As for thinnes, I always laugh at how nuts people can be. For years you hear people complain that busses are too thick, sharpened prybars. Then everytime Busse makes a thin knife some idiot takes it out and beats it to death. Wait, there is 1000 other busses you could have done that with, but you choose the aneroxec version to do that? WTF?
There will be thicker Busse folders coming I am sure, this is just the beginning.
 
I wonder if the lanyard hole insert is a standalone piece, or an integral part of the locking mechanism.

Assuming it’s the former, it might make for an interesting opportunity to offer replacement accessory inserts. I’m thinking of a stubby pry bar insert, or perhaps a carbide tipped window breaker. 🤔
