Good morning guys!
Sounds good X, we have been making a lot of pulled pork... last year I got a stand alone pressure cooker and it works very well especially at altitude.
More knives today!
Fixed blades! I'm trying to figure out a tooling/? issue I have with the folders and until then will be working on fixed blades. I've been really busy in the shop but my recycling drawer is growing faster than my output.
I think I have the issue figured out though, should be an easy fix.
Rolf - Ti Tanto! I want to do a run of Ti Kwaikens soon. My other big plan is to do a big run of Petty's/line knives geared for high performance and priced on a Chef's budget.
I've been testing the heck out of an AEB-L knife for over a year now and I think it is some of the best steel out there. It's not really known for the edge holding, more the fine edge and ease of sharpening but I'm very impressed... it's still plowing through leather and wood like crazy.
