I'm glad I didn't get rid of the fenders for my bike......at least I don't have to worry about rust since my bike is made out of plastic. Racing tires in the rain can be a little sketchy though.
Have a kick ass day!
oh, Liam......don't eat the brown snow! :D

I need to find a good starter precision vise for my mini mill. Finally getting around to the shop again. Any suggestions?

*edit*
Anddd couldn't wait, ordered 3" precision from LMI. Endmill time :)

Yo! Had a good day for mail calls, got my new upper receiver, a new reloading die for my wildcat, and I can now assemble my new upper! The paint I ordered for my lower is on back order though, so I can't assemble it until then.

New upper on my 80% lower...

Kevin, keep the rubber side down! You need some toe covers? I think I have a set around somewhere.

Hope y'all are making it great!

Annnnnnd I got a ticket ON MY DAMN BICYCLE on my way to work yesterday! :grumpy: Also, Dickies are not very water resistant. :D
Bobby, I'm looking forward to seeing what you do with that mini mill.
X, just get Pete to paint that lower for you....I think he still has some of that "good stuff" that he used on M . :p
Y'all make it a killer day!

Ticket for what? Indecent exposure?
:D
Got snow! How much, Bobby? We have over 6".

6"? They predicted 5-8. Its up to my nipples. What the hell happened? I spent two hours just digging my truck out, and then discovered the street wasnt plowed >_>

Mornin' y'all
Rolf, ssssssshhh.... :p I didn't see him seeing me running a stop sign.
Bobby, sounds like a shop day to me. :D

Hi everyone.
Nice work in the "black rifle" is porn for me.
Guys new year, new life, new job and new interest.
Sober since mach 2015, the only drug in my life is my newest knife.
Cheers

Nice work Kermmak!

Seems odd to have nearly no snow here, while the east coast is slammed. But I'll take it. I'm sure we'll make up for it soon enough.

Got my cnc'd wood for some speakers i'm building yesterday (complex inner labyrinth for a back-loaded horn) - hoping I'll have a chance to get started glueing up. We'll see. Might have to go buy more clamps.

Have a great Sunday.

Speakers for a car or for house?
I need a advice for buy a new speakers. My old car kill the olds in a little discussion with a stone wall.
In my country the best bussines is the snow ( sky, snow and winter sport ) this year is a poor and very bad year. No tourist, no money.
Have a great sundat

For the house. I'm not the one to ask about car audio... plus, I tend to do things the hard way (like build my own).

The DIY is the best way. In this moment I rebuild the electric system in my house. More cheap and very satisfactorius.

Hey guys!

Kermmak, great job on the sobriety! Keep it up!

Liam, you sound like me, except with audio instead of artillery, lol!

Trying to get my new NM rifle built today, but the wife said she is going shopping with the girlfriend and I get to stay home with little dude. Usually I can just leave him be while I tinker, but he wants me to play with him. So be it, we built a massive train track with his Thomas set taking up the entire living room!

Had an impromptu trip over to SF yesterday to get out of the rain here, stopped by the civil war fort, Fort Point then took a nice drive through the Presidio over to Land's End and climbed around the ruins of Sutro Baths. Had some pizza then came home. Was a good day!

Make it great!

Yo!
Liam the speaker is looking cool, let us know how they sound when you are done.
Kermmak, No one likes a quitter..... Just kidding! Good job man!
X, I dig that front site!
Danial, where the heck are ya? Hope you aren't snowed in!
Rock on !

O man a quitter? NO.
HI everyone.
Liam nice and clean job.
Riot what caliber .223 or .308? Nice job. The unfinished barrell is amazing
Kcapo grrrrrrr

Liam, is that a six inch midrange driver? Who's labyrinth design? Very cool!

Kevin, just standard mil issue front sight base, but I have a match grade front sight post in it.

Kermmak, this one is in .223 Wylde so I can shoot .223 Remington or 5.56 NATO ammo. Barrel is brushed stainless steel, didn't want to pay any extra if I'm going to just swap it out after 3000 rounds.

Make it great!

X - it's a 4.5" fostex full range driver/back loaded horn.

No crossover required, so super smooth mids. Perfect for jazz. The horn is an older design specifically for this driver - not sure the designer, but it's been around for a decade. I just made a couple tweaks to make it easier to cnc without changing the relevant dimensions.

Bass extension is surprising for a 4.5" driver - but nothing that's going to wow anyone. But it's a small room, and for most of what we listen to, it should be fine. I can always add a powered subwoofer to the system later.

Though, honestly, these are just a fun stop-gap while I wait for the right vintage Klipsch or Altec's (or Thiel's) to come up at a price I want to deal with.
