Hmmm that facebook link just sends me to an about screen, nothing else.. I'm not on facebook.. so maybe that is why

I've been on a nonstop folder mission and getting close! I have a few TJT's near completion, the one off front flipper and yes my flipper stuff is in! I already have the prototype assembled and working.. pics when it is ready!

Yes! I might call it the RF3... I've been prepping blades along with my current folders and have eight flipper blades in the kiln right now!

It flips hard and the flipper tab lines up extremely well in both open and closed positions.
 
Gaaak - I have 3 knives on order and another 3 I am considering. Now I am tempted by another DFK offering.

The force is strong with this one...
 
that knife is looking great bobby...i been carrying the nakago fricky daily since i got it with the backpacker as well. I love em and will save more pennies to pick up a new folder later in the year.

Maybe something blue again, or green (i wish anodizing green would be darker like a BRG instead of lime lol).
 
Blades are heat treated and looking good! AEBL at ~61-62 RC!

I'm hoping to finish up some TJT's today in XHP. You guys have a good one!
 
It's go time fellas. Big wedding this weekend for my best friend, the wife is maid of honor. Packing and getting loaded tonight, headed out early in the am. Might get time to check in over the weekend, might not.

Flipper pics soon! I'm making a few more TJT's then working more on the new flipper.

I have 3 TJT's close... one is going to one of the guys here! The other two will be available.. one has a carved wood grain pattern complete with eyes, etc and the other is brushed/green.

There is no way I would have tried the carved wood pattern a year ago... I've been practicing my carving a lot on scraps and finally feel ready. Lets just say I'm more than happy with the results.
