Still yet to use the Spey, but with the single spring and that Spey riding fairly low coupled with that serpentine Stockman shape, it’s essentially a single blade with a discreet back-up.. So says I.

I would honestly take Charlie’s suggestion and use it for condiments. I’ve been using it every day for spreading butter, Vegemite etc.

Just don’t give it to your wife or she may find the original use for it ✂️😬

Try using it to cut Orange segments out, skin Kiwi fruit or chop Strawberries that soon 'wrecks' it :cool: Or the Spey can also make a tidy Garlic slicer :thumbsup:
