This - but I would also add that it allows the lock bar to have a single point of contact and allow the bar to ride into place and lock up anywhere on its surface once it’s tight. Two mating surfaces would need a lot of fine tuning and as soon as there’s wear they would no longer mate as solidly. JMHO.I can only guess but like Petey said, I'd imagine to reduce lock stick and provide smoother disengagement action. Probably minimizes wear on the lock bar better too.
How are you planning on affording pork?the sound of me eating pork & beans for a month because of these fargin Busse folders.....again
Agreed. My brother was helping me pack up some of my knives to put in storage last year (long story but they come out of storage soon) and he kept asking me, "Why do you have 3 of that knife ?". I told him he was asking the wrong question. The question to ask was why didn't I have 5 ?I gotta get 2 or 3 of these. Far out it looks so good.
Numbers.... logic...... it interferes with the passion and love of the game...Agreed. Wow! I've been living in my van and traveling the country for the last 4+ years and have missed out on a lot of knives, and I've missed out on finishing posting and ordering some Busses that I pre-ordered, I have 1 question;
Will we be able to buy this fully on Sunday instead of just a pre-order and down payment? I tend to be off the grid and without any internet for a decent amount of time, so I'm hoping I won't miss out on this if it's just a down payment.
The other thing I'd like to say is that I absolutely love the bearings on this beauty! That thing looks like it's going to be darn smooth and have almost no resistance!
Excellent! Thank you! Yeah, I missed out on the Choppacabra design that I wanted because of that and another knife a couple years ago because of that. I'm glad I can pay in full on Sunday so that doesn't happen againYou've missed a bit. Gone are the days of down-payments. You pay full price at when you buy. You can use PayPal credit and payment method for delayed stuff. So you should be good.
I leave you guys alone for one day and ...
I like the Drop Zone moniker.
