I have a couple of EKI's. A M-COMM and a 7b both pretty much brand new. M- COMM razor sharp out the box. 7b dull as butter and very hard to sharpen to a decent edge. 2nd one in 4 months I've rec. like this. Love the concept but the 7a is a way better edc knife imho. stay safe
 
Sorry for the thread derailment, but I didn't want to start thread about this, and lots of Emerson people gravitate to the subject of my inquiry, so I am going to take a shot at it here. Does anyone know what happened to the green forum? I have been trying to visit for weeks now and it seems to have disappeared. I've asked around the web/social media, but haven't got answer.

They are switching servers. Unfortunately all old content is gone.
At least that's what I heard from krein.
