Anyone else ever drink a pot of coffee at 1 am and half ass a re profiling? 😂. Cuts like a scalpel but looks like sh_t. I’m happy with it though - you could literally shave with that A100 ( 19 degree and still zero on the other side ).

There is a stabilizer on the market, plus some aftermarket options on the big river site

I think I’m going to pull the trigger on that set up. The entry level version is decent, besides breaking 4 different stone holders. The upgraded “pro” version looks completely solid. I’m definitely happy with the results so far.

I have the pro version, it's darn good. I picked up the ken onion worksharp just to mess with my shovels, axes, beater kitchen knives, etc lol
 
The roadhouse is a favorite of mine but looking at that picture I was just thinking that the super 7 looks like it would carry well for a big knife. The roadhouse can definitely be a little cumbersome in the pocket.
