Anyone else ever drink a pot of coffee at 1 am and half ass a re profiling? . Cuts like a scalpel but looks like sh_t. I’m happy with it though - you could literally shave with that A100 ( 19 degree and still zero on the other side ).

Looks good to me Reprofiling is so worth it, regardless of a little imperfection. I've never met a factory grind that couldn't be vastly improved.

Now it's a proper user!

I think I’m going to pull the trigger on that set up. The entry level version is decent, besides breaking 4 different stone holders. The upgraded “pro” version looks completely solid. I’m definitely happy with the results so far.
