The Endura gets NO respect!

The Endura gets plenty of respect from me. I still carry the original one with the molded plastic pocket clip and aus-8 steel that I bought about ten years ago.

I've got one of those too. I do prefer the newer metal clips but it's hard to beat an old classic

The first real spydie i ever cot was an digi camao Endura. But it had no choil. Eventually i got rid of it all my knives have choils.

Sixheads

I just bought a NIB Green FRN ZDP189 PE knife for $60 plus $7 for shipping.
I find that completely unreal. The Endura was my first Spydie and the knife I think of when I think of a Spyderco. Just WOW but its all good for me ;)

Hey Wavester how you been?
Is the third Endura down, the one that I traded you?

Wave,

Nice collection of Enduras. Is there anything special about the grey handles other than they are gray?

Hey Flatlander, The top 2 enduras are the Foliage Green flat saber ground FRN models, and the 4th one down is the FFG, foliage green G10 model.

Is my British Green ZDP-189 also a flat saber grind?
I'm guessing the stardard grind is a hollow grind? But my favorite is the Spyderco FFG.
When my Pacific Salt gets here I'll show my three Enduras/Salt.

I went fishing today and got to use my ZDP Endura. While taking out the boat my fishing buddy did the backing and got the trailer a little deep so that coming out of the water the boat slid back a little and I decided to wench it up rather than back it all back down and float it up. So the wench's strapping broke at the knot on the hook. And that's when I got cut the double knot of strapping off the hook so I could tie it back on.

The ZDP is very sharp and did the job with flying colors. Heck of a knife. Also, my fishing buddy Charlie was very impressed with the Endura (he'd didn't know what a Spyderco was).
