The Flea Market Mung Absolution Thread

I would be content if any that I plan to put up for a limited time sell or not

I've found myself with duplicates and triples of several models, and as much as I don't take any offense to be called a collector, there are only a couple models I would realistically care for more than one of.

There are a lot of fantastic knives up for grabs right now though both in the Flea Market and sitting at the dealers. Keep spreading the word, there was a time that knives went as fast in the flea market & on dealer sites as they do for the top picks on a Friday.

Here is a real mind bender for ya: I remember when Andy used to put up the Friday leftovers on the Knife Exchange Fixed Blades forum. I don't think he has had to that for years now

That starry night burlap is cool stuff.

The three ruby muks I have up there will be withdrawn early tomorrow. At least 2 more knives coming up for a look aftwerwards.

That Starry night KEB is awesome!!!!! nice snag Onedog

Thanks Abe! Can't tell you how psyched I am about that one! I actually just inquired about any scandi KEB's around the shop. I also can't believe it lasted almost 30 minutes. :D

Beautiful and interesting Grab!!!

That starry night KEB is sweet! Nice score, Jim.

I still would like to get something in starry night. Hopefully more coming.

Thanks Kirk! I'm still just sitting here grinning. :D I was on the road most of January and have been super slow on Fridays recently. It was starting to bum me out. Turns out it was nothing that a few home made Enchiladas and a good Flea Market score couldn't fix.

I would think that there would be more Starry Nights in the future. The stuff looks way too cool not to use.

I also gotta say that Triple T takes some really good knife pics.

Thank you! I will be keeping the photos :)

We live in a great age for knife-making and collecting. I would rather this piece become something special for you to use and care for than have it in my safe when another comes with me on my journeys. I always take pictures to remember the piece, and I find any regrets are short-lived when I have honored it in memory and with you on the trails.

Thanks Triple T. I'm absolutely sure that this knife will get a lot of woods time in. I just hope I can get some pictures that are as nice as yours. Again, much thanks. :D

Scandiman alarm....surprised that 3/32 is lasting that long. Pity that green is not my color...stunning knife!

Make me an offer on the Scandiman! It will make a great Valentine's Day present to yourself. :D

Oh man, that bushcrafter MMatt.... I was a minute too late out grabbing coffee... Congrats on the snag Abe!
