In my experience it is better to do one at a time and to space them out if at all possible.

Can't say for sure, but keep track of all communication by knife/sheath and ensure buyers put purchased item in Paypal notes. With all the different ways to communicate (Email, PM, Visitor Message), you can lose track of who wanted what and when along with time stamps, where to ship, etc....
