I purchased them in 2021 and 2019, respectively. The tortoise (?) handled knife came from a dealer in Argentina. I was sweating that transaction, but the knife arrived safe and sound. Several knowledgeable people have chimed in on the covers but it is still controversial as to the material.Whole other level them! I'm afraid I shall be staring at those pics for quite some time.

Congratulations, they are really very beautiful, I've saved the pics. There's very few opportunities to hold an example of workmanship of that caliber let alone own it.
