Which style for the satin HOGB8?

Sadly (IMO) there does seem to be a lot of hints that the knife will be on the thinner side. Jerry even mentioned that Garth wanted this (in a much earlier post). I really hope that in the end the 8 has some blade-heft.
 
I think that there will be a few different configurations of a B-8. Whatever they are, I just wish that Jerry would quit teasing and BRING IT!!!;)

Yeah, that's the feeling I got too Tom!!!:D;):thumbup:

From the sound of the muscle car thread, Maybe a very quick/small run of anorexic B8's LE's to satisfy the guys who like thin blades and then the regular B8's that will hopefully be available from the website for an extended period in 1/4" and thicker models (maybe even coated/handle color choice CG offerings like the original production run). At least I hope that's the case. :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

...then if you go by the hints of the Muscle Car thread thread, it sounds like skinny INFI doesn't sell as well as thick INFI so that's the reason for the limited Anorexic run and then reading the "dark, end of days feel" from the Nursery Rhyme thread makes it sound like this also might be the last ever Basic offering in the series.:sorrow:

No Matter What... This was one heck of a ride and one "H.E. double hockey sticks" of a Thread!!!:eek:

Congrat's to EVERYONE who kept it going and it will be nice to concentrate our efforts on the next group desire!:thumbup::cool:

Thanks for those thoughts and for your passion and enthusiasm, Stump. Without a good dose of creative wackiness this thread would have run out of steam long ago. ;)

Dont remember any threads where Garth is saying what he wants (Jerry says garth is saying...). What about the Hogs? Dont they know what they want...?

And what do we want? - When it comes to me, i basicly a want a B-8, not some skinny B-8, just a good old proven design Busse Basic knife, same thickness as the rest of them LE`s...Wouldnt mind some other configs to choose from, like with the B-4 LE; Tan or Black Res-C, Magnum or Skinny blade (so that Garth gets what he want, too...). Maybe Choil or no option too, as to please those Hogs which like there Busses Choilless...

BRING IT!!!!!!!!
