Which style for the satin HOGB8?

I am going to try and place my order tomorrow. They should be able to regrind an ASHBM into a B-8, right? :D
 
Basics are great! We need the B8!


Sold the B9 (some regrets); have added a 4, 10, and 11. If I wasn't so lazy, I would do another family pic. :o:rolleyes:

The B10 underwhelms me; the Satin Battle Rat is almost exactly the same size and weight, but feels better when I swing it.

Because it feels real light right? The SBR has just a little more weight up front for nice chopping mass while still staying nimble. That's why the .275" HOGBait will be PERFECT!!!! It should balance almost EXACTLY like the SBR!!!

Isn't the B10 full convex? I would think this would make it slightly heavier and an even better chopper than the SBR.

I think it is the other way around. The SBR is convex, B10 flat. They are both buried in the attic right now, can't check.

Nice look on your Basic-7 :thumbup: After seeing pics of Will`s satin finish Basic-11 and your Basic-7, i think i might send my user B-11 to Garth for satin treathment :D

Right, when it comes to the Basic-8, we do the zen-thing :thumbup: -but, not before tomorrow, because of what the mail lady brought me today, i`m so exited it`s not posible for me to be zen....

Congrats on your score...those B-11's are really sweet. I managed to get one at Blade and love it!;):thumbup::thumbup:
 
I love the Basic 11 and I love the Basic 5 and 5" S5LE. The Basic 8 will be exactly halfway between in blade length, which should fill that gap beautifully. :thumbup:

Very Knice Ragnerok!!! But....

It looks SOoooooo Lonely. I think the only remedy is for that B11 to get a new chubby baby brother!!!!
