Since everyone likes pics, here's a couple quick ones from the heart of my patrol area. Today's weather was PERFECT! We have been fortunate this year to actually have a spring that lasted longer than 72 hours (usually we go from winter right into summer). It's been just right for short sleeves and body armor. The Tule Elk herd looks healthy and I saw more deer today than I normally do this time of year. Had a Black Bear run off of the road as I rounded a turn (I think he was napping in the grass on the shoulder and I woke him up.) Sorry Garth, Beef and the rest of the Busse crew, you may think your job is the best on the planet, but I KNOW how lucky I am!!!
I usually rotate 2-3 customs on patrol, but I ALWAYS have this one with me in the mobile office...
This is HOGB8 country though and it sure would be knice to be able to throw one in the truck someday!!!
Those 1311's are BEASTS!!!! Looks like it's performing well for you without complaints!!! I gave mine to my Dad to keep in his camping trailer and he keeps it by the bed instead. I think it helps him sleep better at night knowing that big hunk o' Kin-Steel and Res-C is sitting nearby if needed.
