Yes, those who desired a kuhkri got their wishes. I guess there is still hope for the grEIGHT B-13 to be produced.:D

I've been looking and trying different knives for several months. I have a Trash 1, a Swamp Rat Rodent 7 and a Ratweiler CG 1/4" and some other non-Busse knives. I've come to the conclusion that an 8" knife is the right length for my needs as a survival knife. Chopping with a 7" blade works OK, but I think 8" is about right. A 9" starts getting a little large. A Basic 8 might be perfect, I'd like it to be Infi and I like the handle of the Trash 1, or the Rodent 7.

Reading through as many pages as I can in this thread has convinced me I need one. When was the last time they were offered? Maybe we get lucky tomorrow...

Ok. I recently purchased a B11 off of the exchange. I am hooked on the Basic line now. Although the TG14 is my all time favorite, the BEight definitely appeals to me 100% more. I just really wish my 13asic 11 was a13out 2 inches longer....seriously. .....knife stretcher anyone?

The B-8 was used considerably this winter and spring as a pruning tool for my orchard while my B-9 sat idly waiting for the call to the "Bull Pen" as a reliever. The B-8 is such a sweet spot for doing small limb pruning.... now I just need a Great Eight HOGBEIGHT!!!! Bring it!!!!
