The crew is just going the smoker route instead of the fry pan route with this batch of bacon. Smoked bacon takes a little longer, but the outcome is incredible.

It was running around 2 weeks- (no joking in this case) But the SK is landing at 4 weeks - All my others up to this one was right on about 2 though.

Seems like that was the case but with the jumping spots in the line-up lately it's not a Given 2 weeks....more like "Hey Spin the Shipping Notice Wheel see how long the next batch will take" I know they had some illness issues and weather related issues that set the clock back on production and shipping so I think a little latitude is only right for a time line on shipping
