The crew is just going the smoker route instead of the fry pan route with this batch of bacon. Smoked bacon takes a little longer, but the outcome is incredible.;)

Seems like that was the case but with the jumping spots in the line-up lately it's not a Given 2 weeks....more like "Hey Spin the Shipping Notice Wheel see how long the next batch will take":eek::eek::( I know they had some illness issues and weather related issues that set the clock back on production and shipping so I think a little latitude is only right for a time line on shipping
