Haven't been on the forums for a while, but I sensed a disturbance in the back of my mind yesterday...As if a thousand knife nerds gasped simultaneously.

I guess this is it.

Those were just an amazing deal—best bargain of the lot. Standard CG B8’s (not many made—only available at Blade 2015 and the following Ganza) were $287. @ $327 base price for the coated HOGB8, only $40 more than the std CG B8, you get a major upgrade in thickness and more labor-intensive grinding/fitting work on the reduced tang. Congrats to those who landed these!

This HOGB8 will be my first Busse and you guys make it sound like I made a good choice. Super excited to see what these blades will do!

A fatty basic is definitely a good place to start the Busse journey. Mine started with a regulator, the HOGB8 is its cornfed cousin twice removed, and a truly exquisite choice of bacon :thumbsup::thumbsup:

The sooner you pay the sooner they ship....You can call the Shop to work out details...Excellent Customer Service:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:
