Can't say I'm to mad at him. Might be a interesting conversation with the principal tomorrow........ I will be calling him back. ;)

So he ended up doing the right thing :thumbup: If you look at it from a a legal standpoint your son is a hero ;) the other child had expressed intent and was close enough to assault him and the girls. Your son read that intent and stopped it before anything could happen. RK is right, sometimes doing the right thing is looked at differently by authority figures.

My guess... is that other kid was just jealous. Haters gotto hate right? your son was sitting with not only one.. but two girls? playa playa!

Well, yeah. I think he probably could of been smarter in how he handled the situation. But all and all, I also think in his own little way he was reminding a situation that needed attention. He also told me that this same boy and another one where kinda rough housing a little bit, friendly play so to speak, so it could of been a case where the younger boy was just a little ralled up and was just doing a little sas talk. Who knows.
I have a couple of close friends on the school board that I spoke to as well, they both told me that this boys mother is a squeaky wheel. Calls the school every couple of days bitchin about some one screwing with her perfect little angel. :rolleyes: turns out, that was the case when these two boys had there fist altercation. Thats why my wife choose not to tell me about it. Because it was nothing.
Im a firm believer that the squeaky wheel does in fact get the grease most of the time. But after a long time of that same wheel a squeaking. Maybe its gets to a time when you start to look at that wheel as a problem and start to consider doing something about the wheel.
(That was logic that Murph explained to me last night during our shop time therapy session!) :D makes sense thought.

Now, off to talk with the principal...........:thumbup:
 
Hit another freaking deer in the semi tonight. Lucked out again and it didn't do much damage. All it took out was a quarter fender. Right before I hit it I saw a dead coyote and was thinking about how I might gey some backstraps if I ended hitting one this winter and then all of a sudden there it was. No backstraps though. It was pretty well beat up after going under the drive tires and the trailer tires.

Might just need to replace the wheel or hub bearing. Jack her up, grab the wheel and see how much play you have.
 
I've had this idea to make a 16 into a folder.... Anybody make one?
I was planning on using the handles as handles.. lol
