Thanks,

That was a gift from a buddy on another forum a while back. Its definitely one of my all time favorite patches though.

Man on Fire is one of my all-time favorite movies. Seen those patches somewhere a while back and have the website bookmarked. Might be time I ordered one.

This is awesome

Yep thats awesome! I thought about getting that before i just wish they had the leather version.

They have a full color version one of the one i have too.... But i like the leather look.

That site has some awesome patches!! It would be VERY easy to blow 100 bucks there.

Yeah I bought the DVD after seeing it in the theater. Might have paid full price too. Most of my dvd collection is out of the bargain bin.

Never fails while sharpening a knife, I dont get it!

Gotta stop stropping it on your palm, friend. I don't see any alcohol in that pic - are you sure you had enough to drink before you started sharpening? Doing it stone cold sober always leads to accidents.

Damn you need to ask him where he got that patch :D

Most of my DVDs have came from people standing by the subways or walking the streets. 2-5 bucks a piece LMAO so yea.... I have to REALLY like a movie to pay full price for it.

This!!

But i strop knives on my skin all the time...

It was funny, at BladeSports you have to be very SAFE. Doing something unsafe can lead to reduction of points or disqualification...... That being said, In practice i was about to attempt the 2" rope cut and took my comp cutter and "stropped" the edge across my arm to make sure there was nothing on the edge...... Everyone stops and gives me the stink eye and Dan says, "dude dont do that, especially tomorrow".. I was like do what? I didnt even realize i did it... Just habit. Bad habit maybe, but most mine seem to come in that flavor.

I can just hear the DJ ripping the needle across the record as the music and conversation stops, all eyes on WW....

One time a dj in a dance club did stop the music and everyone laughed at WW, even the DJ.... But thats another story entirely LMAO

Happy birthday TBL! That Surge is a helluva tool. I've been a Surge owner for a long time. I don't have the bit kit though.

My son is sick. Been coughing all day and threw up a few times earlier. Just woke up about an hour ago and threw up again and started coughing some more too. I feel bad for the little bugger. Gave him some medicine, and sat with him until he fell back to sleep.

Looks like he will be staying home from school tomorrow. Poor little fella.

As a father it sucks when your kids are sick and you cant do anything to make them all better.

I remember xmas morning when my daughter was much younger... She woke up that morning with a little bit of a fever. She got a little medicine and started opening her presents. While opening her presents she started to seize up... It was the most afraid i have been in my entire life. Being shot at is nothing compared to the fear of losing a child. We had no idea why she was seizing up. We called 911 and waited for the ambulance but we were scared out of our minds. We later found out, after LOTS of tests to make sure it wasnt more serious, it was a febrile seizure and was nothing to really worry about.... but man that was TERRIFYING. I felt so damn helpless.

I tell people all the time you never really know what real love or real fear is until you have a child. You can love a wife, you can love a friend, you can love a parent... None of that comes close to what you will feel for your child. And when they look to you to make them better and you cant do anything for them.... It sucks.

Smoke and prayers brother!

Today was a good day. Got to spend time with my family. Had a lovely date / dinner with the wife. good Birthday if I must say so myself.

My wife / kids also give me one of these :D

I couldn't take any pictures at dinner... because the ambiance was a little to dark. When we came in the hostess was nice enough to seat us right in front of the fire place. Got me a 20oz bone-in rib cut steak with mashed potatoes, veggies, and fried mushrooms. Washed it down with a citrus beer (kinda tasted orangey - didn't get the name) that was nice and refreshing.

Birthday celebration #2 with the inlaws coming on Wednesday!

If you don't have a Leatherman bit extender, get one. The extra reach is great. It also handles standard bits.

Leatherman should include the bit extender with in any multiple-bit tool.

Thanks Murph!

Thanks for the tip Raymond! I'll keep my eyes open for one!

I hear ya WW :( Both my boys are hacking up a lung right now. Going to keep the older one home from school today and take them both to a clinic.

Good luck on the job change, Warrior. I hope it works out in your favor.
Thanks man, appreciate it. May not happen immediately, but I have a good feeling about it.

Love the bit extender. I agree, it should be included. I have the extender, and bits for my Wave: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/s...and-Contents-(Photos)?p=10294478#post10294478
