Awesome work! I've rehandled my two BK2s but never even thought about changing the Becker handle shape that much. Very inspiring, your knife is really really cool!
Now i'm daydreaming about how a Bk9 would look with a Fallkniven Thor style leather-handle, guard and metal buttcap, lol!
 
I've been thinking about bumping this thread again glad somebody beat me to it. Hawk's BK9 fighter haunts my dreams its so beautiful. If it was mine I would have to EDC it against the wishes of the sheeple and my wife.

Hawkhead - how is the shoulder and your other projects going? last I saw some updates on the blanks you were making for new blades but never any finished products pictures.

Hope your recovery is going well. That 9 is absolutely amazing. The joy you must feel to see that come to completion and have it be such an amazing result. Incredible.
 
Fellow Becker enthusiasts - Your kind words of support are overwhelming. I am thankful you enjoy my work and there will be more customized Beckers and my own designs, but due to my physical problems things will be moving much slower. Thank you all for helping me get through this miserable year.

I always love looking at your stuff Hawkhead. Sorry to here about your bad year. Ive had a rough one too but thank God Im still healthy. Moveing slower is better than not moving at all. So, keep at it we'll be patient and here's to your good health! :thumbup:
 
Hey Todd, Great to hear from you. Thanks for your kind thoughts. Slow is definitely the operative word for me now. I need to move to a climate with no snow and ice.
