The Knife you'll NEVER get rid of....

For sentimental reasons: all of my grandfather's slippies and a Case FB "Carson"
For sheer awesomeness: my s60v Blur blem. This knife may just be the best EDC I own. I usually won't stick with one EDC for over 3 months at a stretch. Great steel, superb build quality, tight lockup, great looks, light weight and flat in the pocket with or without clip. Mine is modded, no torsion bar and I recently took the clip off. Love this knife.

Funny, and cool, thread as I was thinking of selling blades. One that will not be leaving is my Spyderco Endura 4. It's "THE" blade for me.

I will never, ever sell my fathers Schrade (USA 1095 steel) fixed and folding knives and buck knives that were passed down to me when he passed away.

Other then that I think the only other knives that I like so much just because I like everything about them are the Benchmade Ares series. Well, the rosewood S30V version and the carbon fiber M2 version.

For me it is my Kershaw Lahar. It is about the last low priced knife that I have left after a few months on the exchange forum haha. It is just too nice a knife to trade away at a value of only around $50.

Queen small Dan Burke barlow. Perfection, beauty and fictionality all in one knife. I'll make it my last will that I shall be burried with it, it wrapped in oil coated cloth, which is wrapped in wax paper :D

I have a bunch. my 710HS, second good folder (the first was stolen). my unnumzaan whose birthday is the anniversary of my father's passing. the waki that my wife gave me for our first Christmas. teak case seahorse whittler, also purchased in remembrance of my pops. yard hook. rat pack RC-3. the rest are replaceable, but even if I bought replacement for any of those they wouldn't have the history.

There's another knife I'll always keep: a Microtech Mini SOCOM auto. It's everything I hate in a knife; tanto blade, partially serrated, beadblast finish, and tip-down carry. But I won it in a raffle to benefit the family of Bob Bartoli (a great collector and knife dealer, owner of thebrightedge), so no matter how much I dislike it, it's another knife with sentimental value I'll never let go.

SOG flash I. Can't let go of the assisted opening and that TiNi coated blade. Oh yeah and my Victorinox SAK. That one should last a lifetime.

Balisongs! I'll never get rid of my Benchmade 42/43/31 series knives, or my Roton.
...unless something unforseeably terrible comes up and I all-of-a-sudden need a grand really badly...

My Microtech LCC D/A and Victorinox SwissTool both received in the same month, almost 10 years ago. Both have seen more pocket time than all others combined, and are ideal EDCs.

Benchmade 730 CFHS probably seen more actual use than any other knife I own, with possibly the exception of the SwissTool above. This one is with me when I'm doing harder work than just office stuff.

I have a Spyderco Kiwi that I traded a good friend for a few years back. He's not in the greatest of health these days, and whenever I see/carry it, I think of him and say a prayer.

I'll never get rid of the Enzo Trapper I made, or the Blind Horse Large Workhorse I carried in Iraq. Everything else I own is for sale for the right price.

My Dalton Mini Milleninum and my Dalton Offering. My roommate and best friend bought me both of these for Christmas last year.

My 41mc (avatar) is the only knife I can honestly say I will never get rid of. I wouldn't want to part with my other Balisong's or my XM-18 either, but I would if necessary.

A Gerber PR 2.5. Sentimental reasons. It was the first knife I really gave a crap about. Isn't worth much of anything to anyone else, so I don't have to think about what I could get if I sold it.
