It is spam, I score it and either rub it, or in today's case glaze it. This time with some scotch bonnet hot sauce a buddy sent me and the other is the classic Asian chili sauce with the seeds in it. Comes out really nice!

Yep, I just glazed half of them with the hot sauce my buddy makes locally for an extra flavor kick. Google his website for some of the best sauce you will every try or buy a knife from me when I'm selling, I usually throw in a bottle
