I’ll def give the Teflon tape a try . I’m still trying to dial it in . I find that I like it just tight enough to have 0 noticeable blade play side to side or up and down . This for me leaves the blade essentially drop shut with the button.

If I tighten it any more the thumb deployment feels a bit hit or miss although middle finger flicking is still easy .

how do you all run it ?

I run it as loose as possible without blade play. It can literally be a 1/32 of a turn. I then let it sit over night for the loc tite to dry, probably another benefit of the teflon tape. Set it and its ready to rock. Gonna give the teflon tape a try the next time I break one down.

For the DLT drop, as soon as the countdown timer hit 0 and the page refreshed, they were out of stock for me.
 
Picked up a lightly used ESV non-flipper, my first LG. I had to get one just to get mitchnola mitchnola off my back! 😁 Seriously, greatly appreciative of Mitch's knowledge, guidance, and patience. :thumbsup:

Disassembled, cleaned, lubed, and adjusted/tuned the pivot. Quite the solid little beast...

I got a Morph MK3 from DLT, where I am well practiced, but whiffed on the DLC Morph VECP at USAMadeBlade, where the site tried to make me pay with PayPal. That has a lot of extra hoops, and by the time I got through, they were gone, which is just as well since I really shouldn't have gotten the MK3 and definitely shouldn't have gotten both. But the DLC is so pretty.

Sellout was under a minute for both.

The dlc version at DLT was gone quick. I goofed up for a split second then after I did the thumb thing for the card it was out of stock. I was so bummed I didn't even try USA made blade. Glad you scored brother
 
They just had a plain ti that sold quick on the exchange. I guess you can tell who got lucky 🍀 n the drop!😂
