The Les George Knives Thread

I've always thought they'd be less useful for EDC, though by all accounts they are great knives. I like the look of the morph design, or whichever pattern it's called on that knife.

That said, I always wonder how a trial jury would look upon one carried and used for its original design intent. (As in, "was he looking for trouble?")

Even (ex) LEOs are not immune from prosecutors trying to paint them into a corner.

That said, a knife is the last option I'd want to rely on in an event that went sideways. (Personally. I have no qualms with anyone else's choices.)

Completely agree. To clarify I certainly didn’t buy the mk3 for protection but it’s clearly the purpose behind the design. And if I had to choose one for that purpose it would be the mk3.

Tbh it was my least favorite model before owning one. However once it was in hand it was a game changer. Function wise I don’t know if it gets any better.

Before everyone gets all cray-cray in pushing Blues Blues towards a MK3....and questioning if it could get any better. Let us not forget the Button Lock MK3 Les teased. ;)

I don't know if button lock is the direction I'd want to go with one of those. By the way, are they thumb disc openers? I forget. Show 'em off fellas

I'm sure you'll talk me into one at some point, Mitch. Especially since then I'd have three LG knives with completely different blade patterns.
Might have to make it Damascus too then. Keep your bases covered. Unless of course.......you would buy yet another. After that......you really can't leave your collection on an even number. And so on and so on.......................
