With the exception of the bidder with a 160 feedback score, all the other past what might be a "reasonable" price are from a bidder with zero feedback points. Fishy or not its still a crazy thing.

I would consider the .220" thick ones FAT. :thumbup:
Best of the fatties IMHO.

They came in a variety of thicknesses so there really no "normal" thickness.

They range from .140-.270" thick, the rarest being the .14" thick GW's with Green Linen slabs, as a matter of fact any .140" thick Warden is highly sought after. I think the most common ones are around .190", that's just the impression I get. I love my .22" thick GW, it fits in my hand perfectly.

So, what do ya think I could get for this one?? It has the thinnest blade of any & all GWs that I'm aware of, on the thickest version frame (.27"). It's even double edged!! Maple(?) burl handles, CS logo, satin finish, hollow ground, sharp as heck!... Let's just start the bidding at $1500, shall we?

IIRC, the fattest Warden was the Mrs. Cobalt CS Warden. With the mega-wide scales, the tubes are BARELY flared. .27" steel.

LOL!! That's a thickazz GW! I was just talking steel thickness concerning mine. The ORCA Wardens have thicker handles than my Shiv GW too,
