While checking out the Mora knives on EBay I found a model that I have not seen before, the 2010. Mine has arrived and I have had a chance to check it out for a couple of days. This is a pretty cool knife; the stainless blade is 4 long and .098 thick just ahead of the handle, the knife measures about 9 overall in length. The blade is ground in the same manner as the Mora 2000, scandi grind at the rear and a flatter grind toward the front. The molded plastic sheath has a swiveling belt loop for those that find that sort of thing handy, and the sheath holds the knife securely. The handle fits my hand very comfortably and is covered with some sort of firm rubber that provides a secure grip that is very resistant to slipping. There are molded in ribs on the top of handle both front and rear and the front ones are located far enough forward to give the thumb some extra traction if it is placed on top of the handle.
