I want that Eureka Jack badly! Excellent knives.

Here’s the knives from my collection that fall into this category. To me it feels like the first five were very safe patterns for GEC, not that there’s anything wrong with that. But it seems in the second five they had a few more “out there” patterns. I love em all though.

15 in stainless/elk from 2016
47 pruner in delrin from 2016
38 farmer in micarta from 2015
74 ranch hand “beaver” from 2013
68 “buckaroo” in stag from 2012
16 canoe in bloodwood from 2012

CuzDoug85 CuzDoug85 it seems you play a notable role in my collection 😂

Yes - This one has better W&T than the 2019s. It also came in a single-blade wharncliffe ‘talon’ version that I let go because it seemed too delicate.

nice! the 92 was an often recommended pattern to me by a friend who has moved on from the hobby, even after the delete the 2019 92's walk and talk was anemic at best sadly

Some from a bygone era. I remember when the 77 in ebony sat on gunstockjack gunstockjack 's site and there were two of them i think at that point to decide from.

For me the 2014 stag jack is one of the G.O.A.T. gecs and stag 77s, so much so that it caused me to relinquish a stag clip barlow from 2015. It was quite the merry chase for it too, some times i missed it by seconds! even led to a little hissy fit and my first infraction on blade forums f/s section. This was of course before laughing at flippers was a thing on there. I eventually ended up with three of em, and kept the mintiest example.

The ebony clip came from BigBiscuit BigBiscuit from a time when I didn't have many yet because they were sans end cap 🤣 my how tastes change! I can't recall if he passed the stag 77 barlow over too. I am sure its in that thread somewhere.

the bone micarta barlow was a fun chase. At some point I had all of that run in various states but that was the only one I really wanted. traumkommode traumkommode handed that one off at a friend price!

and not a 77 but a 78. The only one that stayed in the collection as it was the most expensive one at the time. It was a club knife from sjcuk that knifeswapper knifeswapper had arranged. Had most of the 78s but spears dont usually do too much for me, so those went back out into the wild.
