Thanks for showing that knife, AND the back label!! So corny, but so beautiful!!2017 48 Diamond Jack - one of Charlie’s SFOs - perfection.
Hope you are feeling better, Jack!!corona virus finally got me so havent been to work to upload pictures the last few days, had to break out the new laptop that i still didnt finish setting up
48s! another core piece of my collection. I usually prefer the big clips but Bill seems to have lost the die in the factory somewhere![]()

I like big clips also, but I like the slim lines as wView attachment 2654347View attachment 2654348View attachment 2654349
Wow wow wow! Some real beauties! The 15 with the end caps is one of my grail knives and was watching it on ebay but was unable to watch the final countdown. I was so disappointedsuppose while im convalescing at home might as well get to the favorites
It all started with this one and lead to an obsession for this model. However it is quite rare as I have never seen another. Thank youLastRodeo for passing it up all those years back.

It was so rare, I was reluctant to carry it after getting it deleted to my liking and taking it to GEC to get corrected. A good forum friendBigBiscuit gifted this to me upon learning about my reluctance. We used to joke about him just kicking a new knife down the driveway before sending it over.

This one comes fromwaynorth from our earliest meetings and one of my first gec rendezvous. He had heard my plight about the drive home and missing the end of the auction on a red soup bone that was ending by the time i was supposed to make it back to brooklyn. Little did we know the closing bid in those days is something a lot of people would willingly pay for one these days. And yes I did miss the close of the auction, ill blame the gps
. One of my earliest gec barlows and before the term soup bone came into vogue. Used to keep that one in a plastic bag filled with mineral oil to keep the bone safe much to the amusement of forum buddies and collectors

Charlie would be responsible for filling quite a lot of spots in the barlow collection! Here is another curious trio! Another rendezvous score! One fromDr-Mabuse and the last one to come in recently!

Another one fromBigBiscuit part of his last collection pass off before his passing.

A chicken in every pot!!! But this one is a special rarer chicken and has always stayed with me, the peachseeds have moved on. Others may have opted for the pony cut but this began my obsession with smooth bone

And the 440cs! only one to remain and survive the purges.

I think 2017 was the sheepsfoot barlow that year but this remained
![]()
Most recently, this one joined the collection a spear and end cap! Lightly used and sharpened but a keeper all the same.

To this day they remain one of my all time favorite gec patterns and Im grateful for all the friendships ive developed along the journey chasing these things.
