The Next Gathering Will Be May 12th

This will be fun! My son in law will also be joining us, the girls have plans so I invited him. I believe he is bringing a bacon cheese ball.
 
Now that bacon has become the theme, I'm REALLY sorry that I'll miss this one. There will have to be a bacon Gathering redux!

wish I could be there with Everyone! Will have to get the schedule worked out at some point and make it happen. Have fun and if you get bored, try peanut butter and bacon sandwhiches! awesome!
 
If I can ever make it to one of the gatherings. I'll cook fried pork belly or chicharron. This is one level up bacon and totally natural.

I had them fresh from a big copper pot cooked over a wood fire, porky goodness for sure!
 
Everyone still coming? This will happen, rain or shine! We can always put the grill under the overhang on the front of the shop if it rains. The trade / sale table has quite a few things on it already!

That's a nice assortment, I'll be thinking about all that bacon and fun y'all will be having while I'm at work Sat. Maybe next time I can get off work.
 
I am going to bring my brother in law Jake. Hope no one minds. He's just kinda getting into knives wilderness stuff just like me. He seems pretty excited about it. Should be there around 9:30. See ya
