We started processing the material but I have put it on hold because we're going to go back and do another run of the field knives to create shelf stock before moving on to the chopper pattern. We will start cutting chips for the chopper in late October, early November.

My goal here is to have inventory that can be purchased on the website without drama to better serve people who are frustrated with the Friday sales model. Unfortunately, this pushes back the chopper a little bit.

Like many, I’m waiting with heavily bated breath for a chance to get the latest edc direct from you. I hope that you make a ton of them, the sales eventually end up (like the BFK now) staying open long enough for anyone paying attention to get one and lastly that there are many many more CPK knives in pockets every day being used, enjoyed and slobbered on.

I'm very excited about the EDC's as well. It will help complete my collection. Very happy to see them brought back. Thanks Nathan.

Also:
I have processed some of that cool old vintage Micarta brand International Paper phenolic into some sheets for this and we're going to be running some scales. Rather than get our regular natural micarta (which is Accurate Acculam) try this stuff. IP had just bought the brand from Westinghouse and this was made in batches in a press rather than pultruded. Like Westinghouse, it doesn't get fuzzy when I machine it and it sends the load meter up into a range I'd associate with aluminum. This is really good stuff, they don't make this anymore, and I bought tons of it so I can offer it to you at a really good price.
