I read through the cpk encyclopedia but can’t find anything on the signature version. What is the difference with the signature

The signature version is swedged, the thumb ramp has jimping, and the tang is skeletonized. The weight is slightly less on the signature (aka FK3) version as a result. The signature version also contains a signature (not shown in photo)IMG_9596.jpegIMG_9600.jpeg

It's been a handle option on the last few sales. Here's my MagnaCut Signature FK3 with crusty vintage micarta. The darker part is toward the tang on mine. It doesn't look that much different from natural micarta, but the crusty part is getting toward antique edge-cut micarta levels of darkness, and it feels smoother, denser, and more polished than regular natural micarta does even if buffed.

That fk3 is sick! I need one with mc:)

Thank you guys! Any idea how many of those are signature?

We have enough signature left over after fulfilling the pre-order that we could produce all 40 of the sale as the signature if we needed to, but it won't leave much left over for future sales

Well that was surprisingly brisk. The last one was pretty slow.

People really want and love your knives (of course and for good reason).

For a comparison though, your last sale was pre-advertised as basic 5’s, so I’m sure that’s why it was “slower”. After I didn’t participate, I saw that you had slipped in some FK3’s that weren’t pre-advertised as going to be in the sale.

Comparison for today was that everyone knew in advance that there were going to be the signature series available and in D3V.

Bottom line, people really want your knives, but people really, really, REALLY, want the nice ones in Signature and D3V.
